Terms of Service

Ayabaah is a UV-print studio based in the State of Kuwait. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Kuwait.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian) to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the price was listed incorrectly, the item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order we refund in full to the original payment method.

When you upload artwork for printing you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to print it, and you grant Ayabaah a limited license to print, ship, and store that artwork solely to fulfill your order. You retain ownership of your artwork — we do not claim it. The Ayabaah name, logo, site design, product photos, and product designs are owned by us and may not be copied or resold without written permission.

You may not upload artwork that is illegal in Kuwait, infringes someone else's intellectual property, or that we determine in good faith is hateful, sexual, or otherwise unacceptable. We may cancel and refund any order that violates this rule.

Online payment is handled by UPayments (KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay). Your card data is processed by UPayments, not by us.

See our Shipping Policy for delivery zones, lead times, and carrier information. Risk of loss passes to you when the courier takes possession of the parcel — however, if a parcel arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve it.

See our Returns & Refunds Policy. In short: 14 days for defective items, no returns on custom-printed items unless they arrive defective.

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayabaah's total liability arising out of or related to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Kuwait City.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
