Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the day the courier delivers your order to request a return for any non-custom item that is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Items that were printed with artwork, text, or finishes you chose are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. We will, however, replace or refund any custom item that arrives defective, damaged in transit, or printed incorrectly compared to your approved file.

If your order arrives damaged or defective — custom or not — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the outer packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Email hello@ayabaah.com or message us on WhatsApp at +965 0000 0000 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within one business day with return instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method: • KNET refunds typically appear in your bank account within 5–10 business days, set by your bank • Visa / Mastercard refunds typically appear within 7–14 business days • Apple Pay refunds follow the underlying card's timeline We issue the refund within 2 business days of receiving the returned item; the timelines above are the additional time the bank takes to post it.

If the return is because the item was defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly, we cover return shipping. If the return is for change of mind on a non-custom item, return shipping is paid by you.

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it enters "processing" in your order timeline. Once production has started on a custom item, cancellation is at our discretion and may be subject to a materials fee.
