Privacy Policy

When you create an account or place an order we collect: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, order history, customization artwork you upload, and the language and currency you prefer. We do not store credit or debit card numbers — card details are entered directly into UPayments / KNET and tokenized by them.

We use your information to: • Process and deliver your orders • Send order status updates by email and (if you opt in) WhatsApp • Provide customer support • Improve our products and the shopping experience • Comply with Kuwait tax and consumer-protection law

Online payments are processed by UPayments (KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay). When you pay, your card data goes directly to UPayments under their own security and PCI-DSS controls. We receive only a payment reference, status, and the last 4 digits of the card for reconciliation.

Transactional notifications (order confirmation, processing, shipped, out for delivery, delivered, cancelled, refunded) are sent by default to the email and phone number on the order. WhatsApp notifications via Twilio are only sent if you opted in. You can opt out anytime from your account or via the unsubscribe link in any email.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and remember your language. We do not run advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will only load them after you accept the analytics option in the cookie banner.

We share order information only with the parties needed to fulfill your order: the payment processor (UPayments), the courier delivering your parcel, our email provider, and Twilio (for WhatsApp). We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Account and order records are kept for as long as your account exists, plus the period required by Kuwait commercial and tax law (currently 5 years). Uploaded customization artwork is kept while the order is active and deleted within 90 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep it.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@ayabaah.com from the address on your account.

Ayabaah is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and by email to account holders.
