Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the State of Kuwait and across the GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman). For international orders outside the GCC, email hello@ayabaah.com for a custom quote.

• In-stock items: dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation • Custom-printed items: typically 2–4 business days production, then dispatched You'll receive an email and (if opted in) a WhatsApp message at every stage: confirmed, processing, shipped, out for delivery, delivered.

• Kuwait: same-day or next-day delivery for in-stock items ordered before 2:00 PM Kuwait time • GCC: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on courier and customs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address, weight, and chosen speed. Free shipping promotions, when active, are shown on the homepage and at checkout.

Kuwait orders ship via local courier with same-day capability; GCC orders ship via Aramex / DHL. Once your parcel leaves the studio you'll get a tracking link in the shipped email and on your order tracking page.

Please keep the phone number on the order reachable on delivery day — couriers in Kuwait and the GCC call ahead. If the first delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually re-attempt the next business day. After two failed attempts the parcel is returned to us and we'll reach out to arrange a new delivery.

For GCC destinations outside Kuwait, any import duties or customs charges imposed by the destination country are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price shown on Ayabaah.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. If the courier cannot deliver because the address is wrong or incomplete, the re-shipping cost is payable by you.
